He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Davis and Annie Kearney Davis; his wife Jean Kearney Davis; and his brother Noah Lee Davis. He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Davis Pate (Frank) of Snow Hill; his siblings, Joyce Davis Creech (Cliff) of Snow Hill, Raymond Davis (Myrtle) of Dudley and Robert Davis (Dianne) of Snow Hill; his grandchildren, Berry Pate (Lauren) of Snow Hill and Amanda Pate of Snow Hill; his great grandchildren, Henry Pate and J. B. Pate; and his sister-in-law Nina Davis of Micro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
