He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert and Pearlie Lee Wood Wade; and his brothers, Robert Lee "Bobby" Wade and Jeffery Gordon Wade. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Stepps Wade; his son Harvey Ray Wade (Cheryl) of Grifton; his siblings, Betty Wade Snead of Kinston and Billy Ray Wade (Deborah) of Ormondsville; his grandchildren, Brittany Wade Taylor (Damian) of Washington, Tiffany Wade of Ormondsville and Daniel Wade of Grifton; and his sister-in-law Ann Wade of Grifton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
