He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Booth (Donald) of Glenrock, PA, Billy Guy Petway Jr. of Snow Hill, NC, Kathy Mitzel (Ronald) of York, PA, Dorisjean Theresa Frazier (Harold) of Windsor, PA and Mickey Allen Petway (Dee) of Dudley, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
