He is survived by: his wife Shirley Turnage Head; his children, Jimmy Darrell "Pedrew" Head (Lynn) of Newport and Wanda Kay Smith (Zeb) of LaGrange; his stepchildren, Bunny Jones (Steven) of Snow Hill, James Howard of Snow Hill and Richard Howard (Della) of Eureka; his brothers, Tommy Head (Katie) of Snow Hill, Donny Head (Cheryl) of Snow Hill, Buster Head of Snow Hill and George Head of Snow Hill; his daughter-in-law Star Howard; and his caregivers, Gloria, Crystal, Leslee and Sandra. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchild.
