With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Ray McKeel (Snow Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on November 30, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Freddie Howard McKeel. He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy M. Beamon of Greenville, Linda McKeel Newell (B. T.) of Ayden, Benny Dock McKeel (Diane) of Grifton, Jackie Bruce McKeel (Teresa) of Winterville, Sherwood McKeel (Linda) of Grifton, Danny McKeel (Kathy) of Greenville and Jeff A. McKeel (Gina) of Snow Hill; and his grandchildren, Samantha Overbey (Cody) of Ayden and Scott McKeel (Meagan) of Walstonbug. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the St. Jude Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
