He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Letchworth Sr. and Myrtle Sowers Letchworth; and his daughter Gina Letchworth Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Christy Thomas Letchworth; his sons, Kris Letchworth (Brenda) of Zebulon and Dana Letchworth (Stephanie) of Snow Hill; his grandchildren, Kristin L. Warren (Adam) of Riverview, FL, Dustin Letchworth of Zebulon, Amber Oakes (Rebecca Phillips) of Greenville, Ashley Oakes Campbell (James) of Ayden, Landon Letchworth (Hannah) of Snow Hill, Garrett Letchworth of Snow Hill, Whitlee Letchworth of Snow Hill and Alyssa Letchworth of Zebulon; his great grandchildren, Braxton Letchworth, Maverick Letchworth, Whitley Letchworth, Kendall Warren, Leah Warren, Ben Campbell, Charlotte Campbell and Madison Campbell; and his siblings, Renee L. Cox (Jack) of Raleigh, Sandy L. Grant (James) of Rocky Mount and Harry Letchworth (Mary Ann) of Zebulon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
