She is survived by: her children, Jeff Combs (Pam) of Clinton, Todd Combs (Mary) of Washington, NC and Jacquelyn Combs of Havelock; her sister Joyce Brantley (Richard) of Smithfield, Virginia; her grandchildren, Josh Combs (Kasey), Dusty Combs and Joey Combs Jr. (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Molly, Caleb, Justin, Patrick, Zachary and Addison; and her close friends, Chuck Buttermore IV, Edwina Daughtry and Susan Parker. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
