He is survived by: his wife Kay Taylor Harrell; his children, Dr. Andrew Jackson Harrell IV (Andrea Jane Breznay) and Gray Harrell Worthington (Dean); his granddaughter Lyndee Worthington of Florida; his siblings, George Harrell (Linda) of Institute, NC and Mary Holden Harrell Burke (Tom) of Burlington, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Elise Davison Wall of Raleigh, NC, Kitty Cobb Harrell of Atlantic Beach, NC, Laura Taylor Pressly (Tommy) of Kinston and Dr. Delaney Harper Taylor, Jr. (Peggy) of Greenville. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
