He is survived by: his wife Della Crawford; his children, Kimberly Osteen (Ryan) of Ayden and Dennis Owens (Wanda) of Snow Hill; his grandchildren, Joseph Clay Owens, Makayla Brooke Memmelaar, Sarah Grace Osteen and Nicole Elizabeth Osteen; his sister Blanche Nethercutt of Hookerton; and his sisters-in-law, Eunice Crawford of Bethel and Nancy Crawford Grant of Kinston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
