He is survived by: his wife Beverly Chase Howell; his children, Elizabeth Ashley Ross (Ronnie) of Snow Hill, Tammy Rena Howell Owens (Mike) of Snow Hill and Adam Howell; his grandchildren, Makayla Owens, Dylan Owens, Ashton Ross and Landen Ross; his great grandchild Khiree Mason Artis; and his siblings, Shelly Howell Windham of Snow Hill and Carlton Ray "Buddy" Howell (Donna) of Snow Hill.
