She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sharpe Cade and Rosa Salter Cade; her husband Bobby Gene Shingleton; and her sons, Randy Shingleton (Earline) of Snow Hill, Timmy Shingleton (Donna) of Stantonsburg, Ronald Shingleton (Betty) of Kinston and Tony Shingleton (Janine) of Snow Hill. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Community Baptist Church, 4094 NE College Street, Ayden, NC 28513.
