As we bid Dennis Steven farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Dennis Steven is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Steven and Frances Eugenia Valentine Chapman; his wife Sandra Kay Chapman; and his siblings, Gail and Robert.
He is survived by: his son Ryan Steven Chapman (Tabatha) of Hookerton; and his grandchildren, Austin Drake Chapman (Kyra) of Whiteville, Tyler Jordan Chapman (Jessie) of Winston-Salem, Makenzie Pittman of Greenville and Kylee Felczak of Hookerton.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Taylor-Tyson Funeral Service (117 NW 3rd St, Snow Hill, NC 28580). The military honors will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
