She was predeceased by: her mother Carolyn Hoffman (Arvin). She is survived by: her father Dan Hoffman; her daughters, Sabrina Wildman, Summer Walker and Lilly Morgan; her grandchildren, Chloe Morning, Electra Wildman, Serenity Wildman and Hunter Lee Walker; and her siblings, Richard Hoffman (Pam), Paula Mitchell (Dave) and Nathon Hoffman (Loretta Allen). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
