He was predeceased by: his father Willliam Tyson Robbins; and his sisters, Malisa H. Robbins and Leigh Ann Robbins. He is survived by: his mother Roberta Heath Robbins (Mooring) of Snow Hill; his children, Brandy Robbins Fillingame (Christopher) of New Bern, Justise Robbins of New Bern and Wesley Robbins of New Bern; his brothers, William "Ty" Robbins II (Pam) of Snow Hill and Michael T. Robbins (Heather) of Elizabeth City; his stepsister Glenda Mooring Gibson (Terry) of Fuquay Varina; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Fillingame, Jaidyn Fillingame, Cameron Fillingame and Thomas Daniel Robbins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
