He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe William and Fern Wolfe McKinley; and his son William Joe "Billy" McKinley. He is survived by: his wife Christine Jones McKinley; and his children, Laura Brown McKinley of Texas and Dwayne McKinley of Snow Hill. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
