He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Waitman Hines Dixon and Esther Lou Albritton Dixon; his grandparents, Hardy and Lucille Albritton; and his sons, Elbert Hardy Dixon, Jr. (Hannah), Hunter Caldwell Dixon and Stanton Hines Dixon.
