He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Dawson Rouse; his children, Berry Kim Rouse (Sonia) of Snow Hill, Timothy Wayne Rouse (Belinda Kay) of Fountain, Joan Rouse Baisey (Clyde) of Wilmington and Jeffrey Thomas Rouse of Snow Hill; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Armstrong (Chad) of Canton, GA, Christopher C. Rouse of Snow Hill, Summer R. Rouse of Snow Hill and Jeffrey Thomas "J. T."; his stepgrandson Heath Powell (Ana) of Houston, TX; his great grandchildren, Jackson Armstrong and Max Armstrong; his stepgreat-grandsons, Dylan Powell and Alexander Powell; and his sibling Smithy Rouse Walker of Snow Hill.
