She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lyman Harper and Lillie Mae Carraway Harper; her husband James Delma Hart; her siblings, C. H. Harper, Lyman Harper, Rachel Outlaw, Minnie Mae Carraway Joyner, Helen Beamon, Linda Roberts and Nell Jean Harper; and her grandson Kevin Hart.
She is survived by: her children, James Delma Hart II of Snow Hill, Karen Hart Wiggins of Snow Hill, Pamela Diane Hart of Kenansville, Connie Denise Hart of Snow Hill and Delma Ann Hart Newsome of Snow Hill; and her siblings, John Harold Harper (Arlene) of Snow Hill and Joan Carol Coffey of Leland. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
