It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alton Roger Thomas (Snow Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Thomas and Hazel Cherry Thomas; his wife Alice Faye Thomas; and his brother Roy Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Billie Kennedy of Montgomery, Allison Renee Thomas and Rex Thomas (Terry) of Snow Hill; his siblings, Ann Thomas Goodwin (Paul) of Wilmington, Reverend Bobby Thomas (Betty) of Greenville and Clifton Thomas (Peggy) of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Roger Thomas (Alicia) of Snow Hill, Crystal T. Rimar (Tyler) of Wendell and Jordan Watson (Jewelyn) of Apex; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Caleb, Luke and Michael; his sister-in-law Wanda Thomas of Raleigh; his pet Kelly; and also, Doris of Kinston, Jackie Pate of Kinston and John Morgan of Kinston.
