She is survived by: her brother Jerry Chandler of Elkin; her daughters, Karen King of Colorado Springs, Leslie Haizlip (Jason) of Burlington and Rhonda Ann Smith of Burlington; her grandchildren, Kyle Haizlip (Anna) of Hope Mills, Cheyenne Miles (Josh) of Burlington, Rhys King of Colorado, Jesse Smith of Durham and Bailey Smith of Snow Camp; and her great grandchildren, Killian and Piper Haizlip.
