He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan E. "Red" and Mary Seagroves Boggs; and his brothers, Richard, Roger Dale, Bobby and Billy Wayne Boggs.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Crowder Boggs; his children, Brandy Carden (Kenneth) and Benny Boggs (Keri); and his grandchildren, Sierra, Erin and Nathan. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
