With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kristi Wood of Snow Camp, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 16, 2025 at the age of 47. She is survived by: her parents, Ed Dunkley and Judy Dunkley of Mebane; her husband Michael Wood; her stepdaughter Haley Ballard (Bryce) of Graham; her stepgrandson Waylon Ballard of Graham; her brothers, Steve Dunkley (Beth) of Graham and Scott Dunkley (Cheryl); her father-in-law Eddie Wood of Snow Camp; her brother Craig; her sister-in-law Christy Wood of Haw River; her niece Zoë Wood of Graham; her nephew Zach Wood (Kristy) of Haw River; and her great-nieces, Katherine Wood and Caroline Wood of Haw River.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church (4178 Mt Hermon Rock Creek Rd, Graham, NC 27253). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
