He is survived by: his significant other Paula Sherbrook; his siblings, Karen Dalfino and Richard Dalfino, Jr.; his daughters, Michelle and Monica; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Lilly, Luke and Holden.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Burlington, NC.
