He is survived by: his children, Brian Biggers (Kay), Teresa Biggers and Mark Biggers (Melanie); his adoptive son Ivo Ngha (Agnes); his grandchildren, Whitney Rutter (Jon), Emily Loman (Collin), Caleb Biggers, Sarah Yeargin (Brandon) and Jonathan Biggers; and his great grandchildren, Lexi and Addie.
