He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Clark and Virginia Slaughter Frazier. He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Baker (Tommy) and Amanda Frazier; and his siblings, Tony Frazier (Sue) and Diann Bucker (Jerry). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
