Greta Moore Thomas Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Greta Moore Thomas of Snow Camp, North Carolina, who passed away on January 14, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Lacy Ernest; her son James Keith Thomas; and her siblings, Lewis W. Moore, Robert E. Moore, Adelle Moore Braxton, Sarah Moore Thompson and Rebecca Moore Hargrove.
She is survived by: her mother Blanche Cheek Moore; her grandchild Shannon Thomas (Jessica); her cousin Pat Galloway; and her close friends, Carol Lamm, Faye Waddell, Jackie Younts and Tracy Johnson. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Concord United Methodist Church. A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
