She is survived by: her husband Bruce Pedersen; her sons, Jamal Wood and Azariah Wood; her granddaughters, Ava Harris and Ariah Harris; her siblings, Mel "Tony" Valentine, Robert "Lee" Valentine, Raymond Valentine, Elaine Valentine, Denise Jackson and Diane Bey; and her stepchildren, Karen Byron, Bruce Pedersen Jr. and Brian Pedersen. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
