He is survived by: his children, Chris Ellis (Helen), Ronnie Rotenberry (Tonya), Robert Ellis (Bekah) and Jolene Crowfoot; his granddaughter Tiffany Ngo (Vinh); his great grandchildren, Racer and Lorli; his granddaughter Summer Carter (Jake); his great grandchildren, Everleigh and Reid; his grandchildren, Dallas Ellis and Tia Hinshaw (Bret); his great grandchild Oliver; his grandchild Jadzia Hamilton (Rother); his great grandchild Adaline; and his grandchildren, Ronnie Rotenberry (Abigal), Siouxxanne Haskell (Noah), Mia Beasley, David Roberts and Ophelia Crowfoot.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice in memory of David.
