She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver C. Guthrie, Sr. and Lillie Curl Guthrie; her former husbands, Bruce Gray Hackney, O. T. Bailey and John Julian Mann; her son Bruce Wayne Hackney; and her siblings, O. C., Orville Guthrie, Herbert Guthrie, Alfred Guthrie, Margaret Mann and Maude Anthony.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda McVey and Jeanne Hackney of Snow Camp; her grandchildren, Michele Hodge, Amber Allen, Stacey Lassiter, Gray Hackney, Serenity Kirkendall and Chance Hilliard; and her great grandchildren, Jonathan Hodge, Maddrie Allen, Gentry Allen and Elana Lassiter.
