He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodolph Hill and Dorothy Hill. He is survived by: his daughter Blair Outlaw; his grandson Collin Outlaw; his great grandchild Riley Outlaw; his sister Jackie Hill Wood; his brother-in-law Bruce Wood; his nephew Richard Wood; his niece Stephanie Acree (Joshua Acree); his children, Naomi, Samuel and John; his pet River; and his friends, Gig and Scotty Everett.
Though many knew and loved Jay, due to Covid 19, there will be no public memorial service.
