He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leroy and Nancy Rose Miller Manley; and his sister Connie Manley. He is survived by: his children, Chad Manley (Amanda) of Indianapolis, IN, Carter Manley of Los Angeles, CA and Chelsea Pruitt (Christopher) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Adrien Manley, Madilyn Manley Pruitt, Christopher Pruitt, Samuel Pruitt and Cooper Manley; his siblings, Tom Manley (Leslie) of Indianapolis, IN and Kim Malicoat (Philip) of Indianapolis, IN; and his close friend Wendy.
