He is survived by: his wife Kaye; his children, James David Keith, Jr. of Washington, DC, Brandee Odd of Virginia and Kristi Tilch of Manassas, VA.; and his grandchildren, Codee Keith of Sneads Ferry, Brandon Keith, Landon Tilch of Manassas, VA, Logan Oram of Roswell, GA, Sara Keith of Sneads Ferry and Kaylee Tilch of Manassas, VA..
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, the family will have a private burial.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Wounded Warrior Project in his name.
