With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alvin Richard White Jr. of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 10, 2024 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin White and Mabel White; and his brother-in-law Kirk Strother. He is survived by: his siblings, Paula "Susie" Strother and Bill White (Wendy) of Macclesfield; his close friend Nikki Turman of Newport; his nieces, Brittany White of Tarboro and Danielle Chapman; his great-nieces, Abby Tripp and Bailey Tripp; and his uncle Jesse Paul Eason of Sneads Ferry.
