He is survived by: his wife Wilai Lewis; his daughters, Melissa Renee Taylor (Julius) of Kemah, TX, Christa Michelle Lupton of Morehead City and Jennie Nicole Hartmann (Dana) of Suffolk, VA; his brothers, Ernest Lewis (Gail) of Morehead City, Jeff Lewis (Debbie) of Otway and Timothy Paul Lewis of Morehead City; his grandchildren, Jayden Elizabeth Lupton, Rosalyn Michelle Hartmann, Harrison Redfearn and Lauren Redfearn; and his nieces and nephews, Ernest Lewis, Jr., Tammy Lewis, Brandon Long, Deborah Long and Kayla Lewis.
