She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sanders and Annie Doris Wiggins Sanders; her husband Louis Hinton, Sr.; and her siblings, Ronnie Sanders, Fredrick Sanders, Rebecca Proctor and Wanda Paul.

She is survived by: her children, Selena Sanders, Rhonda McRae, Arthur McRae, Debrah McRae, Jessica McRae and Louis Hinton, Jr.; and her sisters, Regina Sanders and Doris Ford. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
