He is survived by: his wife Ann Rowe Ragland; his daughter Ruthie Wilson; his son-in-law Erik Wilson; his grandchildren, Sara Badgett (Dustin Price), Nora Woodland (Daniel), Alex Wilson and Mackenzie Wilson; his great grandchildren, Westley Badgett-Price, Maverick Woodland and Magnolia Woodland; his brothers, John Carraway (Dena) and Rusty Carraway (Kris); and his brother-in-law Tom Rowe (Jane). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (215 S 3rd St, Smithfield, NC 27577). A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
