He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jim Forte, Joe Forte, Al Forte, Tony Forte and Antonette Moulson.
He is survived by: his wife Rita; his stepchildren, Karen (Robert Lippitt) of Smithfield, Stephen Vartanian (Patricia Murphy Victoria) and Diane (Jim Brown); his children, Victoria (Trey Creech), Brenton, Robert Lippitt of Smithfield, Steven Vartanian, Molly Brown and Ben Brown; and his sister Lucy Kelly. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
