She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Johnson and Mary Parker Johnson; her spouse J. C. Crumpler; her son Mark Johnson Crumpler; and her siblings, Roy, Rupert, Ralph (Zola) and Mabel.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Crumpler (Louise) of Smithfield and Cam Crumpler (Kathy) of Hampstead; her grandchildren, Michael, Stephanie, Cory and Kara; and her great grandchildren, Lauren, Adam, Dale, Allen and Triton.
