She is survived by: her brother Charles Faw (Eddie) of Peoria; her children, Eugene Simmons (Ella), Ernest Simmons of Buras, LA, Ella Ensign and Eugenia Chasteen of La Salle, IL.; and her grandchildren, Terry Simmons, Amanda Mance, Tina Reyes, Jamie, Chris, Travis Ensign, Joseph, Melissa, Mandi Simmons, Jason Ward, Richard, Peter Bumgarner and Kris Chasteen.
