She was predeceased by: her mother Mamie Williams; her son Stephen Gupton; her father Lawerence Williams; her brother Eugene Allen; her siblings-in-law, Eddie Gupton and Annie Grey; and her cousins, Gracie Singletary and Irving Allen Lou.
She is survived by: her children, Maurice, Pamela and Maureen; her sister Minnie Bridges of Smithfield; her siblings-in-law, Halvester Gupton (Alma), Edith Gupton and Otelia Gupton; her grandsons, Corey and Darren Gupton; her godson Joseph O'Neal Jr.; and also, Perry Gupton, Maurice Gupton (Holly) of Zebulon, NC, Pamela and Maureen Gupton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.
