We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2025, at the age of 95, Lincoln Barbour of Smithfield, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Benjamin Barbour and Mary Caroline Johnson Barbour; and his siblings, Hubert Barbour (Toady), Mellie Gene Barbour, Laverne Barbour Hughes, Evaleen Barbour Lassiter and Freda Barbour Fail.

He is survived by: his significant other Cynthia Beasley; his daughters, Joan Barbour Herrell (David), Donna Barbour Oldham and Beverly Barbour Alexander (Mark); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Herrell, Spencer Braswell, Taylor Herrell, Hillary Braswell, Blake Cartledge and Grant Cartledge; his siblings, Eleanor Barbour Hinson (John), Larry Barbour (Joanne), Veronica Barbour Johnson (Ronnie) and EJ Barbour; and his aunt Margaret Johnson Waggoner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parrish Funeral Home, Inc. (1351 S Pollock St, Selma, NC 27576).

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests that memorials be made to 3HC, 2402 Wayne Memorial Dr., Goldsboro NC 27534.
