He is survived by: his wife Lois Ray of Micro; his sons, Phil Ray and Billy Ray of Four Oaks; his siblings, Paul Ray of Bentonville, Dan Ray of Garner, Lucy Jordan of Clayton, Pearl Grady of Troy and Annie Hamilton of Clayton; his granddaughter Patricia Ray of Creedmoor; his sisters, TJ Holloman of Creedmoor and Carla of Creedmoor; and his great grandchild Steven Ray of Creedmoor.
