He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Rollins and John Freeman Ragsdale; and his nephew Kent Mcneely. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ragsdale of Atkins; his daughter Kayla Belew (Ron) of Beebe, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Addison McCabe, Trinity Belew, Halei Belew, Ronnie Belew and Amelia Belew; and his siblings, Sherry Jackson of Richland, TX, Johnny Rollins of Hot Springs and Brenda Stewart of Hot Springs, Arkansas.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
