She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth Faye Long; and her siblings, Cynthia Melton and Paul Long. She is survived by: her children, Michael Samuel Bohn and Christina Elizabeth Bohn; her grandson Zane Joshua Bohn; and her brothers, Rev. Gary Long (Amanda) and James McCaffety. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Bridge Church (951 M Durwood Stephenson Pkwy, Smithfield, NC 27577). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to the Wayne County SPCA.
