She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Starling and Lois Bass Starling; her husband Charles Landis Norris; and her brother Tommy Starling. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Scott Norris, Chris Norris (Liz) and Jeremy Seth Norris; her grandchildren, Justin Norris (Hayley), Brittany Norris and Ashleigh Heller (Aaron); her son Joshua Norris; her great grandchildren, Noah Creech, Caroline Marie Henry, Charlotte Norris, Stella Norris and Ryleigh Heller; and her sisters, Judy Allen, Carol Renfrow and Phyllis Ward. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
