He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarrence Hurvey and Katherine Cryar; his wife Virginia Bland; and his siblings, Jack Bland, John Bland, Cathy and Sue Bland.
He is survived by: his pet Cricket; and his close friend Jose Lomeli (Elaine W. Huffman). He is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in law.
