It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henrietta Hunter Vinson (Smithfield, North Carolina), who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Hunter and Lena Hunter. She is survived by: her husband Albert "Al" Bernard Vinson; her sons, Manteno Jarriel Stancil, Mauklin Jarvon Stancil and Darrius B. Vinson; her siblings, Theodore Hunter, Bettie H. Williams and Lena H. Powell; and her friends, Al Vinson and Anthinette Oates Hines Date. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
