She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyda Deans Rollins and Ed Rastus Rollins; and her children, Terry Wayne Jernigan, Mark Anthony Jernigan and Elizabeth Jernigan (Keith Braxton Johnson) of Maryland.
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby John Jernigan Jr. (Carol) of Pikeville, Timothy Lee Jernigan (Crystal) of Smithfield and Alan Ray Jernigan (Dana) of Selma; her daughter-in-law Susan Robinson Jernigan of Apex; her siblings, Jimmy Rollins and Della Rollins Lee of Fayetteville; and her grandchildren, Peggy Marie Jernigan Landgren, David Wayne Keene, Jimmy Joe Jernigan (Leah), William Levi Jernigan, April Russell (William), Michael Jernigan, Tanner Lee Jernigan (Kymberly), Megan White, Summer Dawn Jernigan, John Wayne Jernigan, Scottie Ray Jernigan, Justin Daniel Worley (Lydia), Spencer Alan Jernigan and Mason Raymond Jernigan. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
