With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emma Jean (Smithfield, North Carolina), who passed away on August 26, 2018 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip Conrad Wellons; and her son-in-law Howard Kornegay. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Marshburn (Doug) of Princeton, Judy Kornegay of Selma and Penny Blackwell (Mike) of Princeton; her siblings, Felton Ballance of Lucama and Vickie Ellis of Lucama; and her grandchildren, Nicole, Pam, Crystal, Jamie, Terry, Brandon, Matthew and Savannah.
