He is survived by: his children, Barry Daughtry of Smithfield and Amy Atkinson (Jason) of Selma; the mother of his children Louise Daughtry; his sister Betty Johnson of Smithfield; his sister-in-law Lois Daughtry; his grandchildren, Lani and Ryker Atkinson; and his caregivers, Tracey Newark, Sharon Weddle and Peggy Jernigan.
